Developed a real-time historical data conversion interface for a publicly held national health care company boasting a membership base of over 13 million individuals. The Hanan Solution seamlessly integrated nearly a decade's worth of DOS-based client information and accounting records into a state-of-the-art Windows-based accounting environment. Prior to the Hanan Solution, the organization had to manually lookup historical client records and accounting information, which significantly delayed response and settlement of customer service inquires.
Implemented a single comprehensive Internet based customer relationship management solution providing the client with instant access to more than 30,000 customer records. This system also included the capability to track and measure the effectiveness of company sponsored marketing campaigns, rebate programs and various community activities. Designed a comprehensive Sales and Production Reporting system for a national cosmetics and health care industry supplier that streamlined several manual accounting processes and provided in depth cost-accounting capabilities. The Hanan Solution is expected to deliver more than $100,000 of labor saving to the client over the next five years, and considerably increase cost accounting efficiency and timeliness.
Implemented a comprehensive customized accounting solution for a major direct mail marketing services organization. The accounting system integrated with the client's preexisting PC-based accounts receivable system to allow automatic invoicing, payment by credit card, and cash receipts posting to customer files. Through automation, the Hanan Solution provided more than $40,000 of annual savings to the client.
Developed and implemented a cutting-edge accounting software solution with comprehensive sales and production reporting functionality for a major manufacture of custom sporting goods equipment. In addition to the streamlining of many accounting processes and procedures, the Hanan Solution provided the client with real-time order and manufacturing tracking that significantly reduced the client's initial order to product shipping cycle, increasing client cash flow and diminishing required raw goods inventory.
